Who is More Honey designed for?
We designed this time tracking and expense tracking app to meet the needs of freelancers and small business owners. We tried to develop it flexible enough for personal use, try the app for free and tell us what you think.
Is my data secure?
Yes, More Honey runs on redundant hard drives. Data backups are made nightly and stored in a different location. SSL (https) encryption is used to protect your data. The safety of your data is our #1 concern.
How does your refund policy work?
More Honey is a month-to-month pay-as-you-go service. You can quit at anytime. When you quit your account will remain active for the rest of the billing period. If you delete your user account you are forfeiting any unused portion of that billing period.
Can I install More Honey on my own server?
Sorry, no. We plan on staying web based for the foreseeable future.
Are there other fees?
NO! No signup fees, no month maintenance fees, no termination fees...no fees, ever.
Do I have to prepay?
No, you pay one month at a time.
Is there a site manual or instructions?
We strive to be less, less hassle, less time to waste and hopefully less confusion. If you cannot use this site by just looking around we haven't accomplished our goal. If you are confused, email us, we want to hear your feedback.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, More Honey provides english speaking email support for paying customers only. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. All tech support is handled in house by the people that developed the product.
